We apply PONY test certified powder coating material to our products which meets EPA lead content standard requirements. Our paint shop is equipped with a hi-efficiency material recirculation system to capture and recycle paint, lower our costs, and allow us to be environmentally friendly at the same time. |

Order Tracking System (OTS) |
| |
Upon entering a customer's purchase order into our computer for order processing, OTS will first search each item in the computer database for any red flags. If it is determined there are prior issues such as packaging, product quality, bar code labels, etc., the OTS will alert the order processing manager with detailed info so we can make sure the same problem or problems will not be repeated. |
